Information you provide

If you email us, we receive the information in your message and attachments, including your contact details and any business or equipment requirements you choose to share. The email links on this website open your own email application; this site does not collect or store enquiry form submissions.

How information is used

We use enquiry information to respond, prepare quotations, provide requested services and administer the resulting business relationship. We do not sell your personal information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Service providers

The new website is hosted on Railway. Email is handled through Microsoft 365. These providers may process technical or enquiry information to deliver their services. We may need to share relevant information with a delivery or service provider to fulfil work you request, with the arrangements discussed as appropriate.

Website data and cookies

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and requests

We keep enquiry information as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Our existing enquiry retention policy is no longer than 24 months after last contact unless records must be kept longer for legal or accounting reasons. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a concern about how your information is used.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
